CALA Childminder Coordinator – Donna Sinclair

I have worked in childcare for many years now and enjoy the flexibility and range of services that are available.
As CALA’s Childminder Coordinator, I can offer guidance and support to assist you with your business. I can help look at registration of your business and how you work. I can also support you to meet management, financial and legislative responsibilities, provide on going training to support you on your continuous professional development as well as providing Child Protection Support and Guidance.
I can support you by:

• guiding you through the Care Inspectorate registration process.
• linking with partners such as the Care Inspectorate and the Highland Council to discuss childminder training needs.
• providing business support – advice about finance, grants and other matters.
• answering any general queries and concerns.

I am a mother of 2 boys and a girl who keep me busy outside of work! My hobbies are walking my dog, doing a bit of keep fit and helping my husband look after our highland cows.
